SPECIAL MEETING
The regular meeting of the Planning C.,...ur.:ssion was called to order at 7:3q p.m. Boazd
present were Wu~..g, Sanders, Swatzell, Coulson, Johnst.,~~ and Shapiro, also ~,.;,,,ent
were Reid and Winter.
Wirsing made a motion to urY~ove the minutes of the 11-11-98 meeting, 2nd Sanders,
carried.
SUBDIVISION PLAT LOTS MH 75 AND 7b
Commission reviewed the subdivision plat of lots MH 75 and MH 76. Staff recommends
approval of this plat with recording allowed once various technical changes aze made on the
plat. This plat creates a new lot line between lots 75 and 76, necessary due to a building
placed on a lot line. Wirsing made a motion to krr~.~~re this plat conditioned on staff
satisfaction of the technical changes that are necessary being accomplished, 2nd Johnston,

PLAN OF PROPOSED i x.~ATMENT PLANT
Reid discussed that the Town Boazd has looked ax the site plan since the last Planning
Commission meeting r~~ding this site plan. GCWSD reviewed changes that were made
to the site plan taking into account both Boazd's c,.;.....~ents and concerns. P-fter lengthy
discussion Boazd gave direction on changes that should be considered for the site plan
regazding the location, roof structure, building colors etc.
MARYVALE REQUEST FOR AN AMENDMENT TO PDD # 1
Reid explained the request for an amendment. Maryvale has not completed several items in
the agreement by specific dates. They have not paid the school fees as proposed, deeded
the lineaz pazk site or taken care of the easements necessary to access the Forest Service
r..~~ rerly. Resolution 12-1-98 was presented naming other dates that these ~1:;;...s aze to
done and having a penalty if they are not met. Sanders made a motian to approve
Resolution No. 12-1-98, 2nd Shapiro, carried.
STAFF CHOICE
Reid gave an update on the paving project and gave an update on the .Safeway project.
No further business, meeting adjourned at 9:3q p.m.
