1 have been thoroughly advised by the estimator of the exact location of the guttering and downspouts as diagrammed above; also as
to color, type hanger, extensions over flower beds and to the direction of the bottom elbow on all downspouts. We are responsible only
for our work, not bad fascia/bad roof. I further understand that ALUMINUM BROS. guarantees workmanship for one year from the date
of installation. i understand that the above diagrammed work will cost me $ , C.O.D. I further understand that any changes
made from the above after installation will include a service charge of $27.50, plus any extra material and labor used. In the event I am
not home when the work is completed, I agree to mail (within three days) this amount to yobr office. Any payment for work completed not
received in our office within 10 days will be past due and materials and mechanics liens procedures under the Hardeman Act, Article
5452, et sez., will bd filed -at that time. ALUMINUM BROS. GUTTERING agrees to warrant all gutter workmanship for a period of one
year. In order to validate the warranty, the contract must be signed by the purchaser. The warranty shall in no way cover acts
of nature: Such as high winds, hail, or other forces to which we have no control over.
