A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
AUTHORIZING STAFF TO ISSUE PURCHASE ORDERS TO VARIOUS VENDORS
LISTED IN THIS RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, to continue to provide uninterrupted maintenance services; and
WHEREAS, certain maintenance suppliers and vendors have exceeded
$15,000 in purchases for FY 11 -12; and
WHEREAS, these vendors supply materials and services critical to the City's
operations and in order to continue uninterrupted services through the end of this fiscal
year City Council needs to approve purchase orders for these vendors as listed in this
Resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD DOES
HEREBY FIND, PROCLAIM, ORDER, AND RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the City Council authorizes Public Works staff to issue a
purchase order to the following vendors:

Section 3 . That this Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
Section 4 . The City Clerk shall certify as to the adoption of this Resolution.
