gather. Peacock Road to NW 13 th Street to the entrance of the REO entrance at 301 NW 13 th
Street with parade starting at 9:00 am and ending at 10:00 am on Saturday, May 13, 2017 with a
rain date of May 20, 2017 for the Richmond Evening Optimist Youth Appreciation Day Parade
