DEDICATING PROPERTY AS
PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY
(B STREET RAMP TO THIRD AND MAIN GARAGE)

RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of San Mateo' California,
and it does hereby FIND, DETERMINE and ORDER, that:
1. The City Council hereby dedicates as public right of
way that portion of Parcel B of Parcel Map No. 129 recorded in
Volume 28 of Parcel Maps at Page 6, County of San Mateo, CA
described as follows:
BEGINNING AT A POINT on the northeasterly line of
B Street, said point lying S 41°31'04" E 100.24' from
the intersection of the northeasterly line of B Street
and the southeasterly line of Second Avenue as shown on
said Parcel Map No. 129; thence N 48°29'25" E 110.04'
to the southwesterly line of Main Street as shown on
said map; thence along the southwesterly line of Main
Street S 41°31'07" E 50.12'; thence S 48°19'14" W
110.04' to the southeasterly line of B Street; thence
along said southeasterly line of B Street N 41°31'04" W
50.12' to the point of beginning; containing 5,515
square feet more or less; as shown on Exhibit A attached
hereto and made a part hereof.
2. This resolution shall be filed with the City Clerk, who
shall thereafter cause it to be recorded in the official records
of the County of San Mateo.
