THE CITY OF BEL AIRE, KANSAS
ORDINANCE NO. 3,2 5
AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING AND PROVIDING FOR
SALARIES OF CERTAIN OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES
OF THE CITY OF BEL AIRE, KANSAS BY
INCORPORATING BY REFERENCE THE "2000 CITY
OF BEL AIRE CLASSIFICATION AND PAY PLAN" AND
REPEALING ALL CONFLICTING ORDINANCES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF BEL AIRE,
KANSAS:
Section 1. Incorporatina Classification and Pay Plan
There is hereby incorporated by reference I for the purpose of establishing and
providing salaries of certain officers and employees of the City of Bel Aire, Kansas,
the January 18, 2000 version of the document entitled the "2000 City of Bel Aire
Classification and Pay Plan". No fewer than three (3) copies of said Classification
and Pay Plan shall be marked "Official Copy as adopted by Ordinance No.
3 ~ S I" to which shall be attached a copy of this Ordinance, and filed with the City
Clerk to be open to inspection and available to the public at all reasonable hours.
Section 2. Method of Payment
The foregoing Classification and Pay Plan shall be effective January 3, 2000.
Salaries and compensation may be paid in monthly, quarterly or annual payments
in proper proportionate amounts as may be deemed advisable by the City of Bel
Aire, Kansas.

Section 3. Repeal
All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are repealed.
However, any section of an existing ordinance not in conflict herewith is not repealed
and remains in full force and effect.
Section 4. Effective Date
This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its publication
in the official city newspaper.
