"INDIANA; 10 PURCHASE CERTAIN PERSONAL PROPERTY FOR AND ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF RICE;:.';

WNEREAS, the Board of Public Works and Safety of Richmond, Indiana, deems it necesse--:6,
to purchase certain personal property, to -wits
One new payloader
to be used by the Street Department of the City.of Richmond, Indiana; and,
WHEREAS, the Board of Public Works and Safety of Richmond, Indiana, advertised for si,.6
received sealed bids on the purchase of such new payloader, as required by law; and,
WHEREAS, after due study and tabulation of said bids, the Board of Public Works and
Safety has determined that the cost of such new payloader will exceed the sum of
$29000.00;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Coumn Council of the City of Richmond, Indiarm
SBC1I0W 1. That the Board of Public Yorks and Safety of Richmond, Indiana, bes end
it to hereby authorized and empowered to purchase for and on behalf of said City of
Rloheond, Indiana, the following described personal property, to -wits
One new payloader
SBCTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its nassvc;-
and approval by the Mayor of the City of Richmond, Indiana.
