ORDINANCE NO. 2247-1967
AN ORDINANCE RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING A CERTAIN AGREEMENT AUTHORIZING AMID
PERMITTING THE FIRE DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF RIB, INDIANA, Tâ–º0 AFFORD
FIRE PROTECTION OUTSIDE THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF RICHIM, INDIANA
WHEREAS, on the 29th day of December 19669 the City of Richmond, Indiana, by
and through its Board of Public Works and Safety, entered into a certain written
agreement with Wayne Township, all pursuant to the terns and corwdltiens in
said written agreement which is attached hereto and made a part hereof.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED. by the Caammon Council of the City of Richmond,
Indians:
SECTION I. That the aforementioned agreement heretofore entered into by and
between the City of Richmond, Indiana, by and through its Board of Public
Works and Safety with Wayne Township of Wayne County, Indians, is hereby
fully ratified and confirmed.
SBMON II. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect after its
passage and approval by the Mayor of the City of Richmond, Indiana.
