NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Ridima nd,
Indiana
SECTION 1. That for the expenses of the City Government and its institutions for
the year ending December 319 19679 the following Money is hereby apMpmia*AW and
set sport out of the fund named for the proposal specified. Said sma»m bsbq rAdoct
to all laws governing the same. Such amount sppropriatsd shall be held to include
all expenditures authorised to be made during the year, unless expressly stipulated
by law.
SIMON 2. That for the fiscal period there is hereby appropriated fiats the
Airport Budget to meet the extraordinary emergency declared to ea3at.

SECTION 3. MHE MS, it has been shown that certain existing appropriations now
hove unobligated balances which will not be used for the purpose appropriated.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of ftshwd, Indiana that
such unnecessary existing appropriations be now reduced in amount as followai and the
same is appropriated to the above named item.

SECTION 4. An extraordinary emergency exists for the above appropriation,
