FIRE PROTIGTION OUTSIDE THE CORPORATE UNITS OF THE CITY OF RIQMOs INDIANA
UNREAS, on the 23rd day of February, 19679 the City of Riche"W, Indlens, by
OW through its Hoard of Public Works and Safety, entered into a certain written
agreement with the Tows of Spring Grove, Indian, all pursuant to the terms and
esnditions in saSd written agreement which is attached hereto mi made a part
hereof.
NO1V THEREPORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Richmond,
Indian s
SRRCTIOU I. That the aforementioned agreement heretofore entered into by and
babno the City of Richmond, Indiana, by and through its Board of Public
Works and Safety with the Town of Spring Grove, Indiana, is hereby fully ratified
and confirmed.
39MON II. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect after its passage
end approval by the Mayor of the City of Richmond, Indiana.
