AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1472-19539 COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE
or =MUDO INDIANA APPROVED APRIL 219 1953.
BE IT ORDAINED BY the Co mon Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana.
SCION 1. fNHt»REAS, Ordinance No. 1472-19539 commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance
of Riehaond, mW the Zone map made a part thereof, described and designated as
'1@gp1 Business, the following described territory in two mile jurisdictional area,
Wayne County, Indiana, to wits
A part of the NJ Section 220 Township 169 Range 14 East, more
specifically described as follows:
Bunning at to intersection oft north right-of-way line of National
Road West and the east right-of-waej ) Round Barn Road, South, thence
eastwardly along the north right-of-way line of National Road West,
29050.50 feet, thence north 200 feet, thence westwardly paralleling the
north right-of-way line of National Road West 29050.50 feet, thence
south 200 feet to the point of beginning.
CIS, it is the purpose and intention hereof to change the use of said territory
to General Business.
SECTION 2. It is hereby ordained that the use district in the Zoning Ordinance and
on the Zone smp be, and the same is hereby changed covering the above described
territory -to CWwal Business and that said territory and the use and area thereof
be regulated aeoordingiy.
SBC'liON 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage, approval by the Mayor and publications as by law roWired.
