RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE MIDPENINSULA
REGIONAL OPEN SPACE DISTRICT AMENDING THE POSITION
CLASSIFICATION AND COMPENSATION PLAN TO REFLECT ELIMINATION OF
COMMUNITY AFFAIRS SUPERVISOR POSITION AND ADDITION OF
NEW COMMUNICATIONS SPECIALIST POSITION IN THE PUBLIC AFFAIRS
DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS,the Position Classification Plan shall be adopted and may be amended by the
Board of Directors; and
WHEREAS,the Board of Directors has approved an amendment to the Position Classification
and Compensation Plan reflecting elimination of the Community Affairs Supervisor position and
addition of a Communications Specialist position in the Public Affairs Department;
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Directors hereby amends the
Position Classification and Compensation Plan effective March 13, 2008 as noted in Attachment
A.
