ORDINANCE N0. 2266-1967
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1472-1953, CONJONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE
OF RICHNIOND, INDIANA APPROVED APRIL 21, 1953.
BE IT ORDAINED BY the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana
SECTION 1. WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 1472-19539 commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance
of Richmond, and the Zone map made a part thereof, described and designated as
"A" Residential, the following described territory in Richmond, Wayne County, Indiana,
to -wit:
Lot #2 Linden Hill Addition in the City of Richmond as recorded
in Plat Book 79 page 16 in the office of the Recorder of Wayne
County, Indiana known as 131 South 18th Street. (Leeds Home)
WHEREAS, it is the purpose and intention hereof to change the use of said territory
to "C" Residential.
NOW THEREFORE,
SECTION 2. It is hereby ordained that the use district in the Zoning Ordinance and
on the Zone map be, and the same is hereby changed covering ibe above described
territory to "C" Residential and that said territory and the use and area thereof
be regulated accordingly.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage,
approval by the Mayor and publications as by law required.
PASSE by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, this day
of ,1967.
