SECTION 2. Be it further ordained that such salaries be provided for,, as
hereinabove set forth,, in the budget for the City of Richmond,, Indiana,, for
the year 1968.
SECTION 3. Be it further ordained that the payment of additional compensation
to certain appointive officials of the City of Richmond,, Indiana who perform
services for the City other than governmental,, which are connected with the
operation of Municipally -owned Utilities or functions,, the same as determined
and fixed by the administrative authority in control of the operation of said
utilities or function,, and after being duly approved by the Mayor,, is hereby
approved.
