BY THE CITY OF RICHMOND WITH RICHMOND tOIAWNITY SCHOOLS. WHUIEAS, the Board of Public Works and Safety that it is in the best interest of said City estate owned by said City, which real estate purpose for which it was acquired, and which of the City of Richmond has determined to trade, or exchange, certain real is not needed or required for the specific Is described as follows: A Part of the Southwest Quarter of Section Five (5)9 Township Thirteen (13) North, Range One (1) West in Wayne Township, Wayne County, Indiana, and being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at an established corner stone in the East -west center section line of said Section Five (5) and said stone being seventy-nine and two -tenths feet (79.21) East of the center corner of said Section Five (5); thence west two hundred one and two -tenths feet (201.29) to the East right-of-way line of the Whitewater Boulevard; thence South along said right-of-way three hundred sixty-eight feet (3689); thence north twenty-seven degrees East (N. 27°-E.) four hundred fifteen feet (4152) to the place of beginning. ALSO, beginning at an established corner stone as described above; thence South twenty-seven degrees West (S 270 W) six hundred thirty-three and six tenths feet (633.61); thence South twenty-six degrees East(S 260E) twenty-two (22) rods, more or lose, to John Underwood's Mill Race; thence Northeastwordly along John Underwood's A;ill Race to the White - water River; thence Northwestwardly up said river bank to the place of beginning. for certain real estate now owned by Richmond Community Schools, and described as follows$ A part of Lot Twenty-eight (28) in Jeremiah Cox's Addition to said City, bounded as follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of said lot; thence East one hundred and seven (107) feet and ten (10) inches thence South, parallel with Fifth Street, eighty-two and one-half 182 1/2) feet to the South line of said lot; thence 'West with the line of said lot, one hundred and seven (107) feet and ten (10) inches, to the East line of Fifth Street; thence North eighty-two and one-half (82 1/2) feet to the place of beginning, and WHEREAS, such real estate has been appraised by appraisers appointed by the Wayne Circuit Court on the joint petition of the City of Richmond and Richmond Community Schools, as by law provided, and the average appraised value of each of said tracts of real estate is $349750.00. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, as follows$ SECTION 1. That such trade, or exchange of real estate is in the best interest of the City of Richmond and that the trade, or exchange, of such real estate by the Board of Public Works and Safety for the City of Richmond, Indiana, be and the some is hereby ratified and confirmed.
