ESTABLISHING SEWER CONNECTION FEE PURSUANT TO § 207 -22 OF THE
CODE OF THE' OF CARTERET
BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and council of the Borough of Carteret that sewer
connection fee, effective January 1, 2014, and subject to a review of applicable
development approvals and existing conditions, shall be set as follows pursuant to § 207-
22 of the Code of the Borough of Carteret:
1. Private residences: $6,750.
2. Industrial and commercial structures: $6,750 plus the applicable
supplemental charges per § 207 -22B.
Adopted this 5' day of December, 2013
and certified as a true copy of the
original on December 6, 2013.
