ORDINANCE NO. 2304-1967
AN ORDINANCE TO TRANSFER THE SUPS OF ONE THOUSAND (519000.00) DOLLARS FROM POLICE
DEPARTMENT BUDGET ACCOUNT NO. L-1 (1-11-111) PAYROLL, TO POLICE DEPARTMENT BUDGET
ACCOUNT NO. L-15 (3-32-324) OTHER GARAGE AND MOTOR SUPPLIES.
WHEREAS, certain extraordinary emergenciazr have developed since the adoption of the
existing annual budget so that it is now necessary to appropriate more money for the
various functions of the City Government than was appropriated in the annual budget.
SECTION 1. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CO&ACN COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHbLND, INDIANA„
that for the expenses of toe City Govermwsnt and its institutions for the year endinf
December 31, 1967, the following amount of money is hereby appropriated and set

to all laws governing the sage. Such amounts appropriated shall be held to include
all expenditures authorized to be made during the year, unless expressly stipulated
by law.
SECTION 2. That for said fiscal period, there is hereby appropriated the following
specified amount to meet the extraordinary emergency hereby declared to exist:

Other Garage and Motor Supplies $1,000.00
SECTION 3. WHEREAS, it has been shown that certain existing appropriations now
have unobligated balances which will not be used for the purpose which appropriated.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDAINED BY THE RICHWOND COYMN COUNCIL that such unnecessary exist-
ing appropriations he now reduced in amounts as follows, and the same appropriated
to the above named item:

SECTION 41, 'An extraordinary emergency exists for the above appropriation.
SECTION 5. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage and approval by the 64ayor and is subject to the lawns of the State of Indiana
governing emergency appropriations.
