AN 001M NCE TO ANNEX TO THE CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA, CERTAIN TERRITCRY CONTIGUOUS
THERETO, DEWRIbiNG THE SAME, PROVIDING FOR THE PUBLICATIGN THEREOF, AND FIXING THE
TIME WHEN THE SAME SHALL TAKE EFFECT.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana.
S13MON 1. That the following described territory be annexed to and declared to be
a part of said City of Richmond, Indiana.
Bei a part of the Northeast and Northwest Quarters of Section Twenty-
eight (28I, Township Fourteen (14) North, Range One (1) West in Wayne Town-
ship, Wayne County, Indiana, and being more particularly described as
follows;
Beginning at a point in the North Right-of-way of Sylvan Nook Drive said
point being One hundred Seventy-six and fifty-five hundredths (176.55) feet
North and one thousand Ninety-three and sixty-two hundredths (1093.62) feet
East of the Southwest corner of the Northwest Quarter of Section Twenty-eight
(28)9 Township Fourteen (14) North, Range One (1) West, and running thence,
from said beginning point, Northeastwordly along said Right-of-way to a point,
said point being Forty-six and twenty-five hundredths (46.25) feet West and
One thousand seven hundred forty-seven and seventy-six hundredths (1747.76)
feet South of the Northwest corner of the Northeast Quarter of Section Twenty-
eight (28), and running thence North Four hundred twenty-two and seventy-five
hundredths (422.75) feet; thence West One hundred Sixty-five and seventy
hundredths (165.70) feet; thence South Forty-nine (49) degrees and thirty-
six (36) minutes East, Three hundred seventy-five (375) feet to a point in
the North Right-of-way of Sylvan Nook Drive; thence South Forty-four (44)
degrees and twenty-four (24) minutes East, seventeen and seventy-one hundredths
(17.71) feet to a point of curve; thence Southeastwordly along the arc of a
Five hundred forty -tight (548) foot radius curve to the right an arc distance
of Four hundred Thirty-one (431) feet to point of tangency; thence South
Eight -nine (89) degrees and thirty (30) minutes West, a distance of Fifty-
one and three tenths (51.30) feet; thence South One (1) foot; thence South-
westwordly, parallel to the N-irth Right-of-way of said Sylvan Nook Drive
to a point One (1) foot South of said beginning point of this description;
thence North One (1) foot along the present Corporate Limits of the City of
Richmond, Indiana, to the lace of beginning. Containing an Area of Three
and eight hundredths (3.081 acres, more or less.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage and approval by the Mayor and publication as by law required.
