AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING MONIES FOR THE PURPOSE OF DEFRAYING THE EXPENSES OF THE PARKING
14ETER DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 006%M- ING JANUARY 1,
1968 A,:M ENDING DECEMBER 319 19689 INCLUSIVE.
SBCIION 1.. Be it ordained by the Conran Council of the City of -Richmond, Indiana that for
the purpose of having funds to defray the operating expenses of the Parking Deter Depart-
ment of the City of Richmond, Indiana for the fiscal year commencing January 19 1968 and
ending December 319 19689 inclusive, that there be, and there is hereby appropriated and
set apart out of the funds herein named and for the purpose herein specified subject to
all laws governing the same, the amounts herein named. Such sums herein appropriated
shall -be -bold to include all expenditures, authorized to be made during the period herein
specified, unless otherwise stipulated and provided by law.
SBCTION.2. That for the said fiscal year, there is hereby appropriated out of the Parking
Rehr.Dspartment Fund of the said City the followings

SECTION 3. This ordinance is required by Chapter -No. 303 of the Acts of the General
Assembly of the State of Indiana, approved March 79 1951.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon its passage by the
Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, signature of the President of Common
Council affixed, submission to and approval of the Mayor of the City of Richmond, Indiana.
