ORDINANCE NO. 2310-1967
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1472-19539 CCOUNLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE
OF RICHMOND, INDIANA APPROVED APRIL 21, 1953.,
BE IT ORDAINED BY the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana.
SECTION 1. WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 1472-1953, commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance
of Richmond, Indiana, and the Zone asap made a part thereof, described and designated
as "B" Residential, the following described territory in Richmond, Wayne County,
Indiana, to -wits
Lot #38 Kirkman•s Addition to Earlham Heights - Mayne County, Indiana.
WHEREAS, it is the purpose and intention hereof to change the use of said territory
to "C" Residential.
NOW THEREFOREs
SECTION 2. It is hereby ordained that the use district in the Zoning Ordinance and
on the Zone map be, and the same is hereby changed covering the above described
territory to "C" Residential and that said territory and the use and area thereof
be regulated accordingly.
SECTION 3. This Crdinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage, approval by the Mayor and publications as by law required.
PASSED by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, this day
