SECTION 1, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, that for the purpose of having funds with which to operate the Park and Recreat±on Department of the City of Richmond, Indiana, for the fiscal year beginning JanuaYv is,19689 and ending December 31, 1968s inclusive, that there be and there is hereby appropriated and ordered set apart out of the funds herein named and for the purpose and/or purposes herein specified, the following amounts, subject to all laws gov the same, such sums herein appropriated shall be held to include all expenditusrning authorized to be made during the year of 19689, unless otherwise expressly stipulated and provided by law.
