AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING MONIES FOR THE PURPOSE OF DEFRAYING THE EXPENSES OF THE
CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF RI Cif.!OND9 I NDI ANA FOR THE F I SCAT. YEAR
COMMENCING JANUkRY 19 19689 AND ENDING DECE?ABER 319 19689 INCLUSIVE, AND FIXING
THE TIME WHEN THE SAME SHALL TAKE EFFECT,
SECTION 1, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND9 INDIANA,
WAYNE COUNTY0 that for the purpose of having funds to defray the operating expenses
of the City Planning Commission of the City of Richmond$ Indiana, for the fiscal year
commencing January 19 19689 and ending December 31g 19689 inclusive, that there beg
and there is hereby appropriated and set apart out of the funds herei^ named and for
the purpose herein specified, subject to all laws governing the sameg the amounts
hereinafter named. Such sums herein appropriated shall be held to include all
expenditures authorized to be made during the period herein specified herein, unless
otherwise expressly stipulated and provided by law,
SECTION 2, BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED# that for the fiscal year commencing January 1.
19689 and ending December 319 19689 inclusiveg there beg and there is hereby appro-
priated out of the City Plan Fund of the City of Richmond, Indianag the following
