r JHIS ADDEN UM, (Number 1 to Contract No. 47-2017) is made and entered into this
/ P' day of 2017, by and between Richmond, Indiana, a municipal
corporation acting through its Board of Public Works and Safety with its office at 50 North 51n
Street, Richmond, Indiana, 47374 (hereinafter referred to as "City"), and Ricoh USA, Inc., 2850
Presidential Drive, Suite 120, Fairborn, Ohio, 45324 (hereinafter referred to as "Contractor").
WHEREAS, City and Contractor entered into Contract No. 47-2017 on April 6, 2017, which
Agreement retains Contractor to furnish and install one (1) RICOH MP C3004
Digital Color Multi -Functional Printer with Gold Service maintenance coverage
for the City of Richmond Street Department; and
WHEREAS, The parties wish to amend said Agreement to increase the purchase amount
currently listed in the Agreement due to an inadvertent omission of the amount
listed for the basic network connectivity charge as set forth on the Exhibit
attached to said Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants herein contained,
including the above stated recitals, City and Contractor hereby agree as follows:
1. The City and Contractor executed and entered into Contract No. 47-2017, on
April 6, 2017, which Agreement is incorporated herein by reference. Pursuant to
Contract No. 47-2017, Section XI (Miscellaneous), the Parties may alter or
amend the Agreement in whole or in part at any time by filing with the
Agreement a written instrument setting forth such changes signed by both Parties.
2. The Parties wish to correct the purchase amount that will be paid to Contractor
currently listed in Section III of the Agreement to the corrected total purchase
amount not to exceed Four Thousand One Hundred Fifty-three Dollars and
Sixty Cents ($4,153.60) for purchase of the Printer as correctly listed on Page 3
of Exhibit A to said Agreement.
3. City and Contractor expressly agree that all other terms, conditions, and
covenants contained in Contract No. 47-2017, shall be applicable to this
Addendum, unless such term, condition or covenant conflicts with this Addendum
Number 1, in which case this Addendum Number 1 shall be controlling.
4. Both parties hereby agree that with the exception of the correction of the total
purchase amount, Contract No. 47-2017 shall remain intact and unchanged and
in full force and effect.

5. Both parties agree that any person executing this Contract in a representative
capacity hereby warrants that he or she has been duly authorized by his or her
principal to execute this Addendum.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, this Addendum is executed dap roved by the undersigned
