I RESOLUTION NO. 25
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
MIDPENINSULA REGIONAL OPEN SPACE DISTRICT
ESTABLISHING FINANCIAL INSTRUMENT SIGNATORIES OF THE
DISTRICT FOR WELLS FARGO BANK(FORMERLY MID-
PENINSULA BANK) AND COUNTY OF SANTA CLARA ACCOUNTS
WHEREAS, Section 2.40 of the Rules of Procedure (required by Public Resources
Code, Division 5, Chapter 3, Article 3, Section 5536) of the Board of Directors of the
Midpeninsula Regional Open Space District authorizes signatories to make disbursements on
behalf of the District; and
WHEREAS, with the appointment and start of new General Manager Steve Abbors and
the retirement and departure of former General Manager Craig Britton, the identification of new
signatories is needed for Wells Fargo Bank(formerly Mid-Peninsula Bank) and County of Santa
Clara Accounts; and
WHEREAS, it is requested that the Board authorize the addition of new General Manager Steve
Abbors and the deletion of former General Manager Craig Britton as authorized signatories for Wells
Fargo Bank and County of Santa Clara accounts.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Directors of the
Midpeninsula Regional Open Space District does hereby authorize the change in signatories as
follows:
Section 2.40: The signatures of the present holders of said offices are as follows, and the
Director of Finance of Santa Clara County is authorized to make disbursements on behalf of the
District based on any one signature for amounts under $5,000.00 and any two signatures for
0 and over,

PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Directors of the Midpeninsula Regional Open Space
District on April 23, 2008 at a Regular Meeting thereof, by the following vote:
