Monday, June 9, 2017 the closure of the North Service alley between North 6 Street and North 7
Street from 6:00 pm to 9:30 pm for the Richmond Community Orchestras free concert at Jack
Elstro Plaza
The closure of North 7 th Street from North A Street to East Main Street on Tuesday, June 13,
2017 starting at 7:30 am for about 4 to 5 hours for Maxim Crane Works to operate a crane to place
materials on the roof of the Chase Bank building.
Saturday, August 5, 2017 from 10:00 am to 12:00 am the closure of Elm Street from the alley to
the underpass for D & R Hideways Annual Customer Appreciation Day. They are also asking for
a Noise Variance for the event.
INSTALLATION OF TEMPORARY STOP SIGNS
The County Commissioners are requesting the installation of temporary stop signs in front of the
Wayne County Fairgrounds by June 12, 2017
CITY LIGHTS TO BE SHUT OFF
The Park Department is requesting the City street lights be shut off on June 9, 2017 for the showing
of a Neighborhood movie that is to be shown in Elstro Plaza

They will provide professional marketing and sales services in connection with collection and
preparation of bus advertising.
The City will be paid an amount equal to 50% of the gross advertising sales payments received
