OWNER'S CERTIFICATE
We hereby certify that we are the owners of, or have some right, title
or interest in and to the real property included within the subdivision
shown upon this map; and that we are the only persons whose consent
is necessary to pass a clear title to said property, and we 'consent to
the making of said map and subdivision as shown within the blue border
lines.
We hereby dedicate for public use all easements under, on or over
those certain parcels of land designated as "Bicycle & Pedestrian",
on said map within said subdivision.
We also hereby dedicate for public use all easements under, on or
over those certain parcels of land designated as ingress, egress, eu.E. Ano
Emergency Vehicle Access on said map within said subdivision.
We also hereby offer for dedication to public use BAYRIDGE WAY as
shown upon the hereon map within said subdivision.
As required by San Mateo City Council's approval of planning application
PA 78-17 we hereby dedicate to the City of San Mateo an open space
easement as follows:
1) The land shown on said map as "open space easement A", to be
used exclusively for open space preservation, recreation, routine
maintenance and erosion control; and the right to require that
there be no major grading, major Filling, construction of buildings
other than recreational buildings to serve the residents of the re-
sidences approved in PA 78 -17 , removal of major vegetation, nor
agricultural use on said land, and
2) The land shown on said map as "open space easement B" to be sub-
ject to the same restrictions as those hereinabove set forth for open
space easement area A, except that major grading shall be permitted
only insofar as necessary to implement San Mateo City Council
planning application approval PA 78-17 .
