A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF TEMPLE CITY RECOMMENDING A ZONING CODE
AMENDMENT REGARDING PARKING SPACES.
THE PLANNING COMMISSION .OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES
RESOLVE
SECTION 1. Based upon a Public Hearing for an amendment
to Section 9296(1) to require that all parking spaces in garages
regardless of the zone shall have minimum interior dimensions.
of 10' x 20' for one space, of 20' x 20' for a.two -stall garage,
1111 the Planning Commission finds that such requirement is the present
intent and should be clarified as such.
SECTION 2. Accordingly, said amendment is approved.

SECTION 3. The Secretary shall certify to the adoption of
this Resolution.

of March, 1986, by the following vote:
