I. "WOODSIDE WAY VILLAS,' IS A MAP OF A PROJECT AS THE TERM IS DEFINED IN SECTION 1351 (F)
OF THE CIVIL CODE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AND THE SUBDIVISION DEPICTED HEREON IS
SUBJECT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE DAVIS STIRLING COMMON INTEREST DEVELOPMENT ACT
TITLE 6, PART 4, DIVISION SECOND OF THE CIVIL CODE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA.
2. "UNIT" SHALL MEAN THE ELEMENTS OF A CONDOMINIUM WHICH ARE NOT OWNED IN COMMON WITH
