RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
MIDPENINSULA REGIONAL OPEN SPACE DISTRICT
APPROVING THE STIPULATION FOR JUDGMENT AND
AUTHORIZING THE PRESIDENT OF THE BOARD TO
EXECUTE SAME
(MONTE BELLO OPEN SPACE PRESERVE—MIDPENINSULA
REGIONAL OPEN SPACE DISTRICT VS. LYSONS, SANTA
CLARA COUNTY SUPERIOR COURT CASE NO. 107CV081193)
The Board of Directors of the Midpeninsula Regional Open Space District does resolve as
follows:
Section One. The Board of Directors of the Midpeninsula Regional Open Space District does
hereby approve the Stipulation for Judgment between Christopher Lysons and the Midpeninsula
Regional Open Space District, a copy of which is attached hereto and by this reference made a
part hereof, and authorizes the President of the Board to execute said document on behalf of the
District.
Section Two. The General Manager or his designee is authorized to perform such other acts and
execute such other documents as are appropriate to the transaction.

PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Directors of the Midpeninsula Regional Open Space
District on June 25, 2008 at a Regular Meeting thereof, by the following vote:
AYES: Jed Cyr, Mary Davey, Nonette Hanko, Larry Hassett, Curt Riffle,
Ken Nitz, Pete Siemens
