Public Notice
The city council of the city of Medina
has adopted Ordinance No. 350. The or-
dinance is intended to safeguard the
public, protect property and prevent en-
vironmental damage by regulating con-
struction site storm water runoff. The or-
dinance applies to any construction site
larger than one acre and requires the
submission of and compliance with a
plan to control storm water runoff
through the application of best manage-
ment practices. The ordinance calls for
frequent city inspections of erosion con-
trol measures at affected sites and au-
thorizes monetary and non -monetary
penalties for violations. The full text of
Ordinance No. 350 is available for in-
spection at Medina city hall during regu-
lar business hours.

alphabet from A to Z, both inclusive, which is hereby acknowledged as being the size and kind
of type used in the composition and publication of the notice:
