PROVIDING FOR THE, TRANSFrR OF SURPLUS FUNDS
WHEREAS, N.J.S. 40:4 -58 provides for the transfer of surplus funds front one account
to the other during the last two months of the calendar year:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Council of the Borough of Carteret
that transfers be made in the Boroughs' 2013 budget appropriations in accordance with
the following schedule:
