RESOLUTION NO. 09-__Q_l
RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
MIDPENINSULA REGIONAL OPEN SPACE DISTRICT FIXING THE
EMPLOYER'S CONTRIBUTION UNDER THE PUBLIC EMPLOYEES'
MEDICAL AND HOSPITAL CARE ACT
WHEREAS, Government Code Section 22892(a)provides that a local agency
contracting under the Public Employees' Medical and Hospital Care Act shall fix the
amount of the employer's contribution at an amount not less than the amount required
under Section 22892(b) of the Act, and
WHEREAS, the Midpeninsula Regional Open Space District is a local agency
contracting under the Act;
NOW THEREFORE
BE IT .RESOLVED that the Y

each employee or annuitant shall be the amount necessary to pay the full cost of his/her
enrollment, including the enrollment of family members, in a health benefits plan up to a
maximum of
$350.00 per month, effective January 1, 2009,plus administrative fees and
Contingency Fund assessments.

District on January 14, 2009 at a Special Meeting thereof, by the following vote:
