APPROVING ADDITIONAL MENIBERS/PROPERTIES
FOR THE SPECIAL MIPROVENIENT DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the Borough of Catteret has previously established a Special Improvement
District pursuant to Ordinance No. 03 -47; and
WHEREAS, the Borough needs to amend and update the properties constituting said
District-
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mayor and Council of the Borough
of Carteret as follows: ,
1. That the listing of real properties maintained in the office of the
Director of the SID Business Partnership, the same hereby adopted by
reference, shall constitute the SID District.
2. That the ioresaid listing of properties shall continue to constitute the
SID District until further amendment or modification hereof.
Adopted this 19 °i day of December, 2013
and certified as a true copy of the
original on December 20, 2013.
