Pursuant to Governor Baker ' s March 12 , 2020 Order Suspending Certain Provisions of the Open Meeting Law and his March
15 and March 23 , 2020 Orders imposing strict limits on the number of people that may gather in one place , this meeting will
be conducted via remote participation to the greatest extent possible . Specific information and the general guidelines for
remote participation by members of the public and / or parties with a right and / or requirement to attend this meeting may
be found on the Town ' s website at www , brewster - ma . gov . For this meeting , members of the public who wish to listen to the
audio broadcast may do so via the Town of Brewster website at http : / / Ilvestream . brewster - ma . gov or on Channel 18 . No in -
person attendance of members of the public will be permitted , but every effort will be made to ensure the public can
adequately access the proceedings in real time via technological means . The Town has established specific email addresses
for each board and committee that will be meeting remotely so that residents can send their comments in writing either

New Applications :
ZBA Case # 2042 : Applicant : Elevation Financial Group , LLC . Applicant seeks a use variance in accordance with Brewster zoning
bylaw 179 - 52 and MGL 40A § 10 to allow re - use of the existing 121 , 096 sf nursing home and assisted living facility , and re - use of
the existing parking, as modified , located at 873 Harwich Road ( formerly Wingate ) for multifamily dwelling use . The
redevelopment and re - use of the existing 231 beds in 154 units is proposed for senior, age 55 + independent rental dwelling units .
The reconfigured units will result in 138 beds in 63 studio apartments , 67 - one bedroom units and 4 two - bedroom units . The
property is located in the RL zoning district, and on Brewster Assessor Map 63 , Lot 13 , 14, and 15 .
ZBA Case # 20 - 13 : Applicant : Ronald Nardone . Applicant seeks a special permit in in with Brewster zoning bylaw
179 - 25B and MGL 40A § 9 to demolish an existing 18 ' x 28 ' barn and replace it with a 28 ' x 28 ' garage with second floor
storage . The property is located at 4 Depot Street in the RM zoning district , and shown on Brewster Assessor Map 65 , Lot
22 .
