Book 2 on Page 51 of Plats, City of McCall , Valley County, Idaho , more particularly
described as follows:
Commencing at a brass cap marking the west corner common to Lots 1 and 2 , Block 3 ,
River Subdivision , as shown on the official plat thereof on file in the Office of the
Recorder of Valley County, Idaho , in Book 2 on Page 51 of Plats, the REAL POINT OF
BEGINNING :
