remotely , pursuant to Massachusetts Governor Charles D . Baker' s Order Suspending Certain Provisions of
the Open Meeting Law dated March 12 , 2020 .

5 . West Harwich District of Critical Planning Concern ( DCPC ) The Cape Cod Commission will hold
a public hearing to consider and vote to determine , pursuant to Sections 10 and 11 of the Cape Cod
Commission Act , whether the proposed Implementing Regulations for the West Harwich District of
Critical Planning Concern ( DCPC ) conform to the guidelines set out for the West Harwich Special
District established within Barnstable County ordinance 19 - 18 .
