I am presenting the attached copies (4 plus the original) of An Addendum to Contract 47-2017 as prepared by the City
Attorney's office. I am seeking the approval of the Board of Public Works for a change to the purchase price only for
the previously approved Copier/printer/Facsimile device located at the City Streets Department
This device was approved with the purchased price not to exceed$4,003.60, as provided in the quote from the sales
representative. However, secondary documents included as exhibits listed a delivery and setup charge of an
additional $150 that needs to be added to the purchase amount.
I am recommending approval of this Addendum.
