WORKSHOP June 2, 1986
It has been reported that Maryvale will not make the June 11,
regular meeting. A special meeting will be scheduled on
June 17, at ?:30 p.m. to review and discuss the PDD futher.
Jay Jensen called the meeting to order at 7:45 p.m. Board
present were Linda Spooner, Steve Holland, Joanne Yankovich,
Sue Buchhiester.
This meeting is for futher review of the pre-annexation
agreement needed for the 75 acre annexation of Forest Meadows.
Board reviewed the latest draft, with the roads and the water
language reviewed with the most concern.
Several changes were needed to the road language.
Water-- as the water augumentation filed with the water
court does not discuss a golf course plan, and as this
property is being dried up of the irrigation uses for the water
court, Drake askes that the golf cource not be mentioned in the
agreements to better protect the water rights as they go thru court
at this point in time.
Commission agreed to do this and placed a restriction of open space
on the MD zones for a period of 5 years. Other mentions of t
