confirmed the truck was removed in a timely manner.

at construction sites to ensure compliance with applicable codes.

violation notice directing the property owner to correct the deficiency.

The Criminal Investigations Division (CID) assisted patrol officers with a burglary offense at a
beachside hotel. The offender used a lost key card to gain entry to one of the rooms. The room
was occupied at the time of the intrusion. A scuffle resulted between the intruder and the guests.
Police arrive shortly thereafter and arrested the suspect. CID Detectives secured sworn statements
from the subject and all witnesses and will prepare the case for criminal prosecution.
Detectives are working with investigators looking into a property dispute involving probate issues.
The case centers around the decedent's son removing items from the decedent's home. Detectives
