SUBJECT: Installation of 2020 Holiday Lights and Décor in Bal Harbour Village
This Letter to the Council (LTC) is to provide you with an update on the Village’s 2020
Holiday lights and décor.
In order for the lights and other décor to be installed in time for the start of the holiday
season, the Village’s vendor will begin the initial installation on Saturday, October 31, 2020
in order to have all items in place and installed prior to Thanksgiving Day.
Staff from the Police Department and the Parks and Public Spaces Department will
coordinate with the vendor in order to ensure as little disruption to the public as possible.
