An easement for sanitary sewer purposes located in Section 8,
Township 18 North, Range 3 East, Boise Meridian, Valley County,
Idaho, and being across a part of Lot 11 of RIO VISTA SUBT)IVISION
NO. 2 as shown on the plat on file in the office of the Recorder,
Valley County, Idaho, in Book 3 of Plats at Page 27, more
particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the westerly corner of said Lot 11;
thence N 59°28'54" E along the northwesterly boundary of said Lot
11 a distance of 129.00 feet to a point;
thence leaving said northwesterly boundary S 50°44'02' W a
distance of 129.49 feet to a point on the southwesterly boundary
o f said Lot 11;
thence N 33°28'00" W along said southwesterly boundary a distance
o f 19.72 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
This parcel contains 1270 square feet and is subject to any other
e asements existing or in use.
