EASEMENT DESCRIPTION
FOR
THE CITY OF MCCAIL, VALLEY COUNTY, IDAHO
An easement for sanitary sewer purposes located in Section 8,
Township 18 North, Ramie 3 East, Boise Meridian, Valley County,
Idaho, and being across a part of Lot 12 of RIO VISTA SUBDIVISION
NO. 2 as shown on the plat on file in the office of the Recorder,
Valley County, Idaho, in Book 3 of Plats at Page 27, more
particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the easterly corner of said Lot 12;
t hence S 59°28'54" W along the southeasterly boundary of said Lot
12 a distance of 75.48 feet to a point;
thence leaving said southeasterly boundary N 23°57'45" W a
d istance of 13.79 feet to a point;
t hence S 50°44'02" W a distance of 90.09 feet to a point on said
southeasterly boundary;
thence S 59°28'54" W along said southeasterly boundary a distance
o f 129.00 feet to the southerly corner of said Lot 12;
thence N 33°28'00" W along the southwesterly boundary of said Lot
12 a distance of 5.41 feet to a point;
thence leaving said southwesterly boundary N 50°44'02" E a
d istance of 223.95 feet to a point;
thence N 23°57'45" W a distance of 3.93 feet to a point;
thence N 58°10'21" W a distance of 51.30 feet to a point on the
northwesterly boundary of said Lot 12;
t hence N 59°28'54" E along said northwesterly boundary a distance
o f 104.44 feet to the northerly corner of said lot 12;
t hence S 23°57'45" E along the northeasterly boundary of said Lot
12 a distance of 89.39 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
This parcel contains 11632 square feet and is subject to any
o ther easements existing or in use.
