An easement for sanitary sewer purposes located in Section 8,
Township 18 North, Range 3 East, Boise Meridian, Valley County,
Idaho, and being across a part of Lot 13 of RIO VISTA SUBDIVISION
NO. 2 as shown on the plat on file in the office of the Recorder,
Valley County, Idaho, in Book 3 of Plats at Page 27, more
particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the easterly corner of said Lot 13;
thence S 59°28'54" W along the southeasterly boundary of said Lot
13 a distance of 70.57 feet to POINT OF BEGINNING;
thence continuing S 59°28154" W a distance of 33.87 feet to a
point;
thence leaving said southeasterly boundary N 58°10'21" W a
d istance of 111.39 feet to a point on the northwesterly boundary
o f said Lot 13;
thence N 56°19'07" E along said northwesterly boundary a distance
o f 32.97 feet to a point;
thence leaving said northwesterly boundary S 58°10'21" E a
d istance of 113.44 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
This parcel contains 3372 square feet and is subject to any other
e asements existing or in use.
