EASEMENT DESCRIPTION
FOR
THE CITY OF McCALL, VALLEY COUNTY, IDAHO
•
An easement for sanitary sewer purposes located in Section 8,
Township 18 North, Range 3 East, Boise Meridian, Valley County,
Idaho, and being across a part of Lot 14 of RIO VISTA SUBDIVISION
NO. 2 as shown on the plat on file in the office of the Recorder,
Valley County, Idaho, in Book 3 of Plats at Page 27, more
particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the easterly corner of said Lot 14;
thence S 56°19'07" W along the southeasterly boundary of said Lot
14 a distance of 135.84 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING;
thence continuing S 56°19'07" W a distance of 32.97 feet to a
point;
thence leaving said southeasterly boundary N 58°10'21" W a
distance of 101.05 feet to a point on the northwesterly boundary
o f said Lot 14;
thence N 47°36'35" E along said northwesterly boundary a distance
o f 31.18 feet to a point;
thence leaving said northwesterly boundary S 5801021" E a
distance of 106.24 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
This parcel contains 3109 square feet and is subject to any other
e asements existing or in use.
