Idaho, and being across a part of Lot 25 of RIO VISTA SUBDIVISION
NO. 2 as shown on the plat on file in the office of the Recorder,
Valley County, Idaho, in Book 3 of Plats at Page 27, more
particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the easterly corner of said Lot 25;
thence S 51°53'21" W along the southeasterly boundary of said Lot
25 a distance of 124.52 feet to a point;
t hence leaving said southeasterly boundary N 56°55'55" W a
d istance of 66.08 feet to a point on the southwesterly boundary

thence leaving said southwesterly boundary S 56°55'55" E a
d istance of 99.21 feet to a point;
thence N 51°53'21" E a distance of 108.66 feet to a point on the
n ortheasterly boundary of said Lot 25;
t hence S 33°28'00" E along said northeasterly boundary a distance
o f 25.08 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
