Thence N. 36°22 20" E. a distance of 101.01 feet along the northwesterly lot line
of such Lot 15 to the true point of beginning;
Thence S. 59° 50' 00" E. a distance of 78.64 feet to the southeasterly lot line of
such Lot 15, the true point of ending; such true point of ending lying N. 47° 36'
30" E. a distance of 135.87 feet along such southeasterly lot line of Lot 15
from the southeast corner of such Lot 15.
The driveway we had best just go build with everyone present.
