The said easement and right of way covers a strip of
land tell/ (10) feet in width during construction and in-
stallation of the utility and
for a permanent easement
and right of way,.which easements and rights of way for such
sewer pipes, mains and conduits, lie equi-
distant on each side 'of the following described center line,

The GRANTEE shall at all reasonable times have the
right to enter upon the lands hereinab'Ove described for the
purpose of constructing, repairing and maintaining said -
sewer pipes, mains and conduits, doing as little damage
as possible.
