Alison Alessi, Architect from A3 Architects, Inc . returned to review the updated plans per the
comments provided at the July 9, 2020 meeting ,
Ms . Alessi noted that the existing cottage foundation is sitting on concrete blocks and part of
the renovation would be to lift the cottage and place it on a poured foundation, which will raise
the foundation and roof line by one ( 1 ) foot .
N Sara Provos read into record a letter from Mr. and Mrs . Boyd who are abutters to 30 Swift Lane ,
0 Mr. Turcketta and other committee members stated the 4' connector appears low and it still
appears the structures are two separate buildings .
0 Ms . Alessi indicated the reason the connector was kept lower was to preserve the original look
of the cottage ,
0 Tom Turcketta motioned to continue to the August 6, 2020 meeting . Steven Bergquist
