RELEASE
OF TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION AND ACCESS EASEMENT
The City of McCall, its agents, employees, contractors and assigns, as Grantee under that
certain Temporary Construction And Access Easement dated August 10, 2009, made and executed
by Rio Vista Homeowner's Association as Grantor therein to the City of McCall as Grantee therein,
recorded in the office of the County Recorder of the County of Valley, State of Idaho, as Instrument
No. 344293, hereby fully and completely discharges and releases the temporary easement and access
granted to it under Instrument No. 344293.
This Release is exclusive to the above referenced Temporary Construction And Access
Easement recorded as Instrument No. 344293 and the provisions of that agreement only and does not
affect any easements or rights -of -way otherwise granted to or held by the City of McCall with regard
to the above described real property.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the City of McCall causes this Release of Temporary Easement to
