' AUG. 27, 1986- Special meeting
Chairman Jensen called the meeting to order at 2:00 p.m.
Board present were Marianne Klancke, Linda Spooner, Sue Buchheister,
C.B. Jensen. Planner Fox and Vicky Winter.
This meeting was called to finish review of a minor Subdivison.
Fees have been paid, this plat involves 4 parcels. Board discussed
at lenght the access planning to provide for high density to
parcel A, even though development plans are not know for this
parcel.

Board review site plan of the proposed Arby's. Developers
stated that they did not think that they would build the proposed
Navada Anne's Chile rest. this year. C.B. reviewed that the
improvements needed on 804 to accomodate the entrance to the
Arby's would need to be reviewed and possibly only need the
left turn, holding lane this yr, with the rest to be phased.
Improvements agreement will need to be in place before the building
permit is issued.
